Bike Festival Waiver and Release Facility Activity

To participate in the Bike Course at the Street Smarts Community Bike Festival on October 25, 2025, each participant must complete and submit a Participant Waiver and Release of Liability form at check-in. This is required for all children who plan to join the Bike/Scooter Obstacle Course. Please review the important information below:

✅ Waiver & Participation Requirements:

📄 Waiver Required – All participants in the Bike/Scooter Obstacle Course must have a completed Participant Waiver and Release of Liability form.
🖨️ Print Ahead of Time – Please print and fill out the waiver for each child participant before arriving.
📝 Bring to Check-In – Turn in your completed waiver at the Obstacle Course check-in table.
(Extra copies will be available at the event if needed.)

🚲🛴 Obstacle Course Equipment Rules:

✅ Bring Your Own Gear – Each participant must bring their own bike or scooter and helmet to participate.
❌ No E-Rides or Skateboards Allowed – E-scooters, e-bikes, and skateboards are not permitted on the course or anywhere at the event.
